Account & Login Guide
Three Types of PharmaNet Users
| Role | Who it’s for | Main purpose |

| Seller (Pharmacy) | Pharmacy owners and managers | List products, manage inventory, accept orders |
| Dealer (Distributor) | Wholesalers and distributors | Search products, place orders, negotiate pricing |
| Public User | General public, researchers, visitors | View platform info, search public catalogs |
Creating an Account (Sign Up)
Step 1: Choose Your Role
On the signup screen, select one of three roles:

| Seller | Tap “Sign up as Seller” |
| Dealer | Tap “Sign up as Dealer” |
| Public User | Tap “Sign up as Public User” |
All users must enter:

| Confirm Password | Type the same password again |
Alternative: Sign Up with Google or Apple (All Roles)
Instead of email/password, you can sign up using:

| Google | Tap the Google button → Select your Google account |
| Apple | Tap the Apple button → Authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID |
✅ Benefits: Faster registration, no password to remember.
After basic signup, each role must provide additional information:
👨⚕️ Seller (Pharmacy) – Additional Requirements

| Pharmacy Name | Official business name |
| Pharmacy License Number | Government-issued license |
| Tax ID (TIN) | Tax identification number |
| Physical Address | Complete pharmacy location |
| Phone Number | Business contact number |

🚚 Dealer (Distributor) – Additional Requirements

👤 Public User – Additional Requirements

Logging In (All Roles)
You have three ways to log in to PharmaNet:
Option 1: Email & Password Login
- On the welcome screen, tap Login
- Enter your Email
- Enter your Password
- Tap the login button
Option 2: Sign in with Google
- Tap the Google button
- Select your Google account
- Automatically logged in
Option 3: Sign in with Apple
- Tap the Apple button
- Authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID
- Automatically logged in
What Each Role Can Do After Login

Forgot Password? (Email Login Only)
- On the Login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your registered email
- Check your email for reset link
- Create a new password
- Log in with your new password
⚠️ Google/Apple users: You don’t have a PharmaNet password. Use the Google or Apple button to log in.
Common Signup Issues by Role
For Sellers & Dealers

| License upload fails | File must be PDF or JPG/PNG, max 5MB |
| Verification takes >3 days | Contact admin@pharmanet.bilsul.com |
| ”License number invalid” | Double-check the number matches your document |
For Public Users
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Email already registered | You may have signed up as Seller/Dealer before. Try logging in. |
| Can’t see full catalog | Public users see limited products. Upgrade to Seller or Dealer for full access. |
For All Roles
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| ”Passwords do not match” | Re-type both password fields |
| ”Invalid email format” | Must contain @ and domain (e.g., name@domain.com) |
| No verification email | Check spam folder, or wait 2-3 minutes |
Switching Roles

💡 Tip: You can have both a Seller and Dealer account using different email addresses.

Security Tips (All Roles)
