Pharmacist Registration & Login
This guide walks you through creating a pharmacist account and logging into PharmaNet. Follow these steps to start managing your pharmacy inventory and orders.
📱 Before You Begin
What you need:
- A valid email address (professional email recommended)
- Your pharmacy business license (digital copy or photo)
- Stable internet connection
- PharmaNet app installed on your device
Download the app:
1️⃣ Create a Pharmacist Account
Step 1: Launch the App
Open PharmaNet on your device. You will see the welcome screen.
Step 2: Tap “Sign Up”
Look for the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Select “Pharmacist” Role
Choose “Pharmacist” from the list of user roles:
- ❌ Customer
- ❌ Dealer
- ✅ Pharmacist

| Full Name | Your legal name |
| Email | Professional email address |
| Phone Number | Active mobile number |
| Password | Minimum 8 characters |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the same password |
Step 5: Enter Pharmacy Details

| Pharmacy Name | Registered business name |
| License Number | Your official pharmacy license number |
| Business License File | Upload a photo or PDF of your license |
| Address | Full physical address of the pharmacy |
| City / Region | Location details |
Step 6: Submit for Review
Tap the “Submit” or “Register” button.
⏳ Note: Your account will be marked as pending until an admin reviews and approves your license. This usually takes 24-48 hours.
2️⃣ Login to Your Account
Once Your Account is Approved
You will receive an email notification when your account is approved.
Step 1: Open the App
Launch PharmaNet on your device.
Step 2: Tap “Login”
Select the “Login” button on the welcome screen.
Step 3: Choose Login Method
| Method | Instructions |
|---|
| Email & Password | Enter your registered email and password, then tap “Login” |
| Google Sign-In | Tap the Google button and select your account (if enabled) |
| Apple Sign-In | Available for iOS users |
Step 4: Complete Login
After successful login, you will be redirected to your Pharmacist Dashboard.
3️⃣ Understanding the Pharmacist Dashboard
Once logged in, you will see:

|---|
| Inventory | View and manage medicine stock |
| Orders | Process incoming customer orders |
| Profile | Update pharmacy information |
| Analytics | View sales and performance metrics |
4️⃣ Common Login Issues & Solutions
| Issue | Solution |
|---|
| Forgot password | Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the email reset link |
| Account pending | Wait for admin approval (check email for status) |
| Invalid credentials | Double-check email and password, then try again |
| Google login fails | Use email/password method instead (Google may not be enabled yet) |
| “Failed to load pharmacy details” | This is a known bug. Your dashboard may still work. Contact support if issue persists |
5️⃣ Updating Your Pharmacy Profile
After login, you can update your information:
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar or settings icon)
- Tap “Edit Profile”
- Update fields as needed:
- Pharmacy address
- Phone number
- Business hours
- Tap “Save Changes”
