⚙️ Manage Your Pharmacy Profile
Keep your pharmacy information accurate and up to date. This guide shows you how to edit your profile, change settings, and manage your account.
🖥️ Where to Find Profile Settings
After logging into your Pharmacist Dashboard:
- Look at the bottom navigation bar or side menu
- Tap on “Profile” or “Settings” (person icon)
- You will see your pharmacy information screen
📝 What You Can Update
| Section | What You Can Change |
|---|
| Pharmacy Info | Name, address, phone number, email |
| Business Hours | Opening and closing times |
| Payment Settings | Bank account for payouts |
| Security | Password, two-factor authentication |
| Notifications | Email and push alert preferences |
Step 1: Tap “Edit Profile”
Look for the pencil icon ✏️ or “Edit” button at the top right.
Step 2: Update Your Details
| Field | What to Do |
|---|
| Pharmacy Name | Type the registered business name |
| Address | Full street address, city, region |
| Phone Number | Active contact number |
| Email | Professional email address |
| License Number | Your official pharmacy license (read-only, contact admin to change) |
Step 3: Save Changes
Tap “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.
✅ You will see a success message: “Profile updated successfully”
🕐 Set Business Hours
Help customers know when you are open:
- Go to Profile → “Business Hours”
- Toggle “Use Custom Hours” ON
- Set hours for each day:

|---|
| Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM → 10:00 PM |
| Saturday | 9:00 AM → 8:00 PM |
| Sunday | 10:00 AM → 6:00 PM |
- Tap “Save”
💡 Customers see your open/closed status when placing orders.
💳 Update Payment Settings
To receive payouts from orders:
- Go to Profile → “Payment Settings”
- Enter your bank account details:
| Field | What to Enter |
|---|
| Bank Name | e.g., Commercial Bank of Ethiopia |
| Account Holder Name | Pharmacy owner’s name |
| Account Number | Your bank account number |
- Upload a voided check or bank letter (if required)
- Tap “Submit for Verification”
⏳ Verification takes 2-3 business days.
🔐 Security Settings
Change Your Password
- Go to Profile → “Security”
- Tap “Change Password”
- Enter:
- Current password
- New password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm new password
- Tap “Update Password”
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For extra security:
- Tap “Enable 2FA”
- Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator
- Enter the 6-digit code
- Tap “Verify”
🔒 After enabling, you will need a code from your authenticator app to log in.
🔔 Notification Settings
Choose how you want to be alerted:

| New Orders | Push notification, Email, Both, Off |
| Payment Received | Push notification, Email, Both, Off |
| Low Stock Alerts | Push notification, Email, Both, Off |
| Marketing Updates | Email only, Off |
How to change:
- Go to Profile → “Notifications”
- Toggle each option ON/OFF
- Changes save automatically
