⚙️ Manage Your Pharmacy Profile

Keep your pharmacy information accurate and up to date. This guide shows you how to edit your profile, change settings, and manage your account.

🖥️ Where to Find Profile Settings

After logging into your Pharmacist Dashboard:
  1. Look at the bottom navigation bar or side menu
  2. Tap on “Profile” or “Settings” (person icon)
  3. You will see your pharmacy information screen

📝 What You Can Update

✏️ Edit Pharmacy Information

Step 1: Tap “Edit Profile”

Look for the pencil icon ✏️ or “Edit” button at the top right.

Step 2: Update Your Details

Pharmacy NameType the registered business name
AddressFull street address, city, region
Phone NumberActive contact number
EmailProfessional email address
License NumberYour official pharmacy license (read-only, contact admin to change)

Step 3: Save Changes

Tap “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.
✅ You will see a success message: “Profile updated successfully”

🕐 Set Business Hours

Help customers know when you are open:
  1. Go to Profile“Business Hours”
  2. Toggle “Use Custom Hours” ON
  3. Set hours for each day:

Saturday9:00 AM → 8:00 PM
Sunday10:00 AM → 6:00 PM
  1. Tap “Save”
💡 Customers see your open/closed status when placing orders.

💳 Update Payment Settings

To receive payouts from orders:
  1. Go to Profile“Payment Settings”
  2. Enter your bank account details:

  1. Upload a voided check or bank letter (if required)
  2. Tap “Submit for Verification”
⏳ Verification takes 2-3 business days.

🔐 Security Settings

Change Your Password

  1. Go to Profile“Security”
  2. Tap “Change Password”
  3. Enter:
    • Current password
    • New password (minimum 8 characters)
    • Confirm new password
  4. Tap “Update Password”

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For extra security:
  1. Tap “Enable 2FA”
  2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator
  3. Enter the 6-digit code
  4. Tap “Verify”
🔒 After enabling, you will need a code from your authenticator app to log in.

🔔 Notification Settings

Choose how you want to be alerted:

How to change:
  1. Go to Profile“Notifications”
  2. Toggle each option ON/OFF
  3. Changes save automatically
